Russia, EU have agreed on terms of winter gas package for Ukraine

Russia and the European Union have managed to agree on the terms for a winter gas supply package for Ukraine, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters following a meeting with European Commission Vice President Maros Sefcovic.

Novak said the talks proceeded in a business-like and constructive format. Getting through the winter properly was the key issue for discussion.
