Police investigating killing of Caparol Ukraine director as premeditate murder
The police are investigating into the circumstances of murder of the director of Caparol Ukraine firm and criminal proceedings have been opened under the premeditated murder article.
"The police officers are investigating into the circumstances of a murder committed in Krushynka of Vasylkiv district. Criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder)," the police communications department in Kyiv region reported.
According to the report, at noon on Tuesday a call from a passer-by was made. The passer-by said that he found an unknown man who was dead in in Krushynka settlement of Vasylkiv district.
The police established that the killed man was local resident and Ukrainian citizen.
The pretrial investigation is underway.
Earlier the National Police in Kyiv region confirmed to Interfax-Ukraine that the director of Caparol Ukraine was found dead in Vasylkiv district.
