NBU head declares new tranche from selling shares in ICU

Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Valeriya Gontareva has declared the third tranche from selling her shares in ICU Holdings Limited (British Virgin Islands) in the unified register.

According to a posting on the website of the central bank, the tranche totaled UAH 52.572 million.

In addition, Gontareva declared UAH 193,967 as salary on the post of the NBU head.

ICU Group was founded in June 2006. It provides securities trading, investment banking and asset management for private and institutional investors.

Earlier Gontareva held 22.74% of shares in the group. She sold her shares after she was appointed NBU governor in June 2014.
