Poroshenko thinks it's important to say what happening in Ukraine, as fake news is part of Russia's hybrid war against whole world

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko considers it extremely important to convey truthful information about what is happening in Ukraine as part of the counteraction to Russia's hybrid war against the whole world.

"I think it would be very important to convey the truth about what is really happening in Ukraine to protect the whole world from fake news that spreads around the world," Poroshenko said, speaking at the "Ukrainian Breakfast" in Davos (Switzerland) on Thursday morning.

He noted that European countries, the U.S., and Canada are suffering from fake news.

"Fake news is part of the Russian hybrid war, which it is waging not only against Ukraine, but against the entire free world," the president said.
