Poroshenko, EPP president coordinate ways to strengthen international pressure on Russia

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has met with President of the European People's Party (EPP) Joseph Daul, during the meeting the parties discussed the completion of the ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, as well as increased pressure on Russia.

The meeting took place in the framework of Poroshenko's participation in the EPP summit in Malta, the press service of the Ukrainian president said on Thursday.

"The leaders coordinated ways to increase international pressure on Russia in connection with its latest actions, which destabilize the situation in Donbas," it says.
