NBU registers banking group headed by bank Avangard
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on February 17, 2017 registered a banking group headed by bank Avangard (Kyiv), the central bank has reported on its website.
The NBU did not disclose the official name of the group. It consists of bank Avangard, Investment Capital Ukraine LLC, Troika Dialog Ukraine asset management company (AMC) LLC, AMC Investment Capital Ukraine, Closed non-diversified investment fund Investment Capital – Stable Growth, open private pension fund Dynasty and open private pension fund My Pension.
Makar Paseniuk and Kostiantyn Stetsenko are persons controlling the group.
ICU Group was founded in June 2006. It provides securities trading, investment banking and asset management for private and institutional investors. It incorporates Investment Capital Ukraine LLC, AMC Investment Capital Ukraine, bank Avangard and AMC Troika Dialog Ukraine.
Earlier Gontareva held 22.74% of shares in the group. She sold her shares after she was appointed NBU governor in June 2014.
