Important to fight against attempts to destabilize situation in Ukraine - Poroshenko
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has again emphasized the importance not to succumb to the attempts to destabilize the situation in Ukraine.
"The hybrid war involves not only the war on the front line, not only Russian propaganda, but also attempts to destabilize the situation in society," he said during a meeting of the Regional Development Council in Kyiv on Tuesday.
The president said this was unacceptable that some people used the alleged threats associated with the land market, or seizure of land, or tariffs to destabilizing the situation in the country.
"Today, the responsibility of maintaining stability in Ukraine, thwarting the aggressor's scenarios and ensuring the sustainable and effective development of the state rests on our shoulders," Poroshenko said.
