Court reinstates Kryvopishyn on post of head of Pivdenno-Zakhidna Railways
Kyiv's Shevchenkivsky district court on July 8, 2016 decided to reinstate Oleksiy Kryvopishyn on the post of head of Pivdenno-Zakhidna Railways who was fired on March 25, 2015.
This is outlined in court decision No. 761/10285/15-ts, a copy of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine.
The Kryvopishyn's claim was partially satisfied. The court declared unlawful the decision of the government dated March 25, 2015 to dismiss Kryvopishyn and a decision of the Infrastructure Minister to terminate a contract with him.
The court recommends reinstating Kryvopishyn on the post on the conditions of the above-mentioned contract. The court orders to collect UAH 444,400 from Pivdenno-Zakhidna Railways in favor of the claimant.
The court decision can be appealed in the appeal court.
The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers headed by Arseniy Yatseniuk dismissed the head of Pivdenno-Zakhidna Railways Kryvopishyn on March 25, 2015.
