Ukrainian president honored memory of victims of Volyn tragedy in Warsaw

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and the Ukrainian delegation with participation of representatives of the Presidential Administration, Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Andriy Deschytsia and MP Nadia Savchenko laid flowers to the Memorial to the Victims of the Volyn Tragedy in Warsaw.

"The head of state lit an icon lamp near the monument as a sign to commemorate the victims," the press service of the Ukrainian president reported.

The Memorial in the form of Jesus Christ on the Cross was erected in July 2013.
