On June 14-17, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman will visit the U.S. at the invitation of U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and meet with American politicians and government officials, according to the Ukrainian Embassy in the U.S.

"During the visit Volodymyr Groysman will hold a series of meetings, in particular with Vice President Joe Biden, Speaker of U.S. Congress Paul Ryan, the leaders of the Democrats and Republicans in the U.S. Congress," reads a report published on the Embassy's page in Facebook on Saturday night.

According to the report, Groysman will conduct negotiations in Washington and New York with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker, U.S. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew, U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz, Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Gayle Smith, Chief Operating Officer of the World Bank Sri Mulyani Indrawati as well as "the heads of leading U.S. banks along with financial and industrial companies."

The prime minister will also participate in the annual conference of the Centre for Ukrainian-American relations.

As reported, Groysman will meet with leading experts of the Atlantic Council (NGO), the Ukrainian community and the leaders of U.S. Jewish organizations.
