Poroshenko: Russia is aggressor, but Russians are not enemies for Ukrainians

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has called to make a distinction between the Russian Federation and citizens of this country.

"Russia is the aggressor, it occupied part of our territory, violated international law, but we believe that Russian citizens are not our enemy," Poroshenko said at a press conference in Kyiv on Friday.
