U.S. to continue to put pressure on Russia until it fulfills Minsk agreements - Biden
The pressure on Russia will continue as long as it does not fulfill the commitments undertaken in the framework of the Minsk agreements on settling the situation in the east of Ukraine, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden has said.
The United States will keep up the pressure as long as Moscow does not fulfill all its obligations under the Minsk agreements, Biden said when addressing the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday.
Although some progress has been made in the de-escalation of violence, the sanctions cannot be lifted until Russia fulfills all its obligations, the U.S. vice president said.
