Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin has announced his ministry's priorities, which include visa free travel to the European Union and the release of Ukrainian citizens who are illegally detained in Russia.

"[These include] the completion of the Action Plan to liberalize the EU visa regime for Ukraine. A cooperation agreement is planned to be concluded with the European Union. [There will be] preparations for a joint international conference with foreign partners in support of reforms in Ukraine. [On the list are also] ensuring international humanitarian, military-technical and financial assistance, including to rebuild Donbas, and support for internally displaced persons," Klimkin said in a report published as part of the government's 100 day performance presentation on Thursday.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is using all its diplomatic and legislative tools to ensure the release of Ukrainian citizens who are illegally detained in Russia, to bring peace and security back to Donbas, and to return Crimea to Ukraine he said.
