Extra agreement between Naftogaz and Gazprom foresees daily supply of 114 mcm of gas

Additional agreement No. 33 to the contract for the supply of natural gas between Naftogaz Ukrainy and Gazprom (Russia), signed in Brussels on October 30, foresees the possibility of supplying up to 114 million cubic meters (mcm) of gas per day, according to the ZN.UA portal, with reference to the document.

Currently, the representatives of Naftogaz and Gazprom are in talks about the reconciliation of the schedule and the scope of future gas supply by the end of the year.

According to the publication, the buyer can submit the request for increasing the daily delivery volume to 114 million cubic meters or decreasing the daily delivery volume to 0 cubic meters.

According to the document, part 2.3 contains the condition: "The seller starts gas supply in two days after the bill or its part is paid and only in the prepaid volume. Delivery within one month is carried out by days, usually evenly with a permissible deviation from the daily delivery volume by not more than 6% in proportion to the paid delivery for the corresponding month."

Gazprom is obliged to execute such application of Naftogaz in full if the application is filed two days before the date of the proposed increase or decrease in the daily delivery volume.
