The Ukrainian and Russian Defense Ministries have not yet reached a final agreement on the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Crimea, a Ukrainian Defense Ministry source said.

"The negotiations are continuing. There are no final agreements yet," the source told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday morning.

Russian armed forces Chief of Staff Valery Gerasimov said on Wednesday morning that, "pursuant to an agreement between the Russian and Ukrainian Defense Ministries, Ukrainian armed forces servicemen and their families will leave Crimea by rail" without weapons.
