Health Ministry will not supply 66 ambulances to Crimea - minister

Some 66 ambulance cars, foreseen for supply to the self-proclaimed Republic of Crimea, will not be passed to the republic after it joins the Russian Federation.

"Some 66 ambulances foreseen for Crimea will not be transferred to the region. The distribution of these cars can be performed only if the issue is resolved at the international level and Russia agrees to pay for them. Only then will the cars will be delivered to Crimea. If Russia does not agree, the cars will be supplied to other regions," Ukrainian Minister of Health Oleh Musiy said at a press conference in Kyiv.

According to him, 1,200 ambulances bought by the former leadership of the Health Ministry, will be sent to regions.
