Ukraine attacked by seven missiles, 67 UAVs overnight, with drone strikes reported at nine locations – AFU
Ukrainian Defense Forces neutralized 52 enemy targets on Monday night, including hits from 15 attack UAVs at nine locations. Details on the seven missiles that attacked Ukraine are still being clarified, the press service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
"On the night of November 10 (from 18:30 on November 9), the enemy attacked with two X-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles from the airspace of Tambov region, five S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles from Kursk region, as well as 67 Shaheds, Gerberas and other types of attack UAVs from the directions of Kursk, Millerovo, Orel, Bryansk of Russia, Hvardeyske – TOT of Autonomous Republic of Crimea, about 40 of them were Shaheds," the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on the Telegram channel on Monday.
According to preliminary data, as of 9:30 a.m., air defense forces have shot down or suppressed 52 enemy Shaheds, Gerberas and other types of UAVs in the east, south, and center of the country. Fifteen attack UAVs were hit at nine locations.
Thus, the air defense effectiveness has already exceeded 77%.
Information on the missiles is being clarified. No reports of attacks or hits have been received.
The air attack was repelled by aircraft, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire teams of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
