The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) conducted a series of psychological first aid trainings for civil servants in Kyiv.

"The Ukrainian Red Cross, together with the Higher School of Public Administration, continues its systematic work to support the mental health and resilience of civil servants during the war," the Ukrainian Red Cross wrote on Facebook on Friday.

Over two days in November, psychological first aid (PFA) training was conducted for employees of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture and the State Agency for Arts and Art Education.

The training program was aimed at developing practical skills in caring for one's own emotional state and supporting colleagues in stressful situations. Participants mastered the structure and key principles of the PFA - "Look. Listen. Guide", learned to recognize typical reactions to crisis events and act responsibly and consistently during emergencies.

Special attention was paid to practical exercises and peer-to-peer work. This allowed participants not only to gain knowledge, but also to practice it in real situations and feel confident in their own actions.
