Decision of independent members of Naftogaz's supervisory board to resign is final

The decision of independent members of the supervisory board of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy is final, Naftogaz Board Chairman Andriy Kobolev has said.

"My phone conversation with each of them confirmed that this decision is final," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.

He said that this decision could entail problems with the possibility of taking loans by the company from international financial institutions (IFIs).

Kobolev reminded that Naftogaz borrowed from IFIs at low rate.
