Court overturns decision to recover UAH 320 mln from Ukrtransgaz in favor of Turbolinks - Naftogaz

The Kyiv Economic Court of Appeals has overturned the decision of the first instance court to recover UAH 320.4 million from Ukrtransgaz in favor of Turbolinks LLC, the press service of Naftogaz Ukrainy has said.

The prosecutor's office provided evidence to the court that the components to the turbines, that Turbolinks had to deliver to Ukrtransgaz under the contract dated December 2012, in fact did not cross the Ukrainian border.

As reported, Ukrtransgaz, 100% owned by Naftogaz Ukrainy, operates a system of trunk gas pipelines and 12 underground gas storage facilities of the country with a total capacity of 31 billion cubic meters.
