DTEK buys 30% each of Naftogazvydobuvannia from Rudkovsky, Shufrych
DTEK energy holding has acquired 30% each of the charter capital of private joint-stock company Naftogazvydobuvannia from Mykola Rudkovsky and Nestor Shufrych, former Board Chairman of Naftogazvydobuvannia Oleh Seminsky has said.
"As I learnt after the release, Akhmetov bought 30% each from Rudkovsky and Shufrych. The total sum of the deal for 60% of shares in Naftogazvydobuvannia was around $180 million," he said in an interview with Dzerkalo Tyzhnia newspaper.
Seminsky said that when the private joint-stock company was created in 2002 there was an agreement that his share will be 10% of the company that would be part of the Rudkovsky's stake. Seminsky believes that Rudkovsky initiated his kidnapping. Officially shares were not re-registered to Seminsky.
He also said that early this year he filed a claim asking to reinstate him on the post.
"Next hearing of my reinstatement claim in Pechersky district court is scheduled for August 19, 2016 by judge L.Tsokol," he said.
