Naftogaz chairman Kobolev declares UAH 6.1 mln total income in 2015
Board Chairman of National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz Ukrainy Andriy Kobolev has declared UAH 6.106 million of gross income for 2015, of which his wage totaled UAH 1.104 million.
According to a report by the Naftogaz PR department, Kobolev's "other types of income" in the amount of UAH 5 million are related to providing "investment banking services at the previous post in an investment company prior to his appointment at Naftogaz."
"These funds were obtained in 2015 as obligations to pay for services provided in the previous periods came only after the final closure of an agreement for the sale of relevant assets in the pharmaceutical sector," reads a statement.
According to the report, the assets were owned by the customer, who was rendered these investment banking services.
"These gains are not related to Kobolev's activities in Naftogaz," reads the report.
According to the declaration of property, income and financial obligations for 2015, issued by the Naftogaz PR department, the company board chairman received UAH 1,463 in dividends and interest payments.
