Dyckerhoff transfers 94.5% of shares in Dyckerhoff Cement Ukraine from Ukrainian subsidiaries to Wiesbaden's Dyckerhoff GmbH

Dyckerhoff GmbH, part of Dyckerhoff AG (both based in Wiesbaden, Germany) of Italy's Buzzi Unicem, on June 2, 2015 became the holder of 94.511% or 87,434 shares in public joint-stock company Dyckerhoff Cement Ukraine (Kyiv), which is part of the group, the Ukrainian company said in a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine, with reference to depository information received on June 5.

According to the report, the previous holders of the stake – Kyiv-based Dyckerhoff Transport Ukraine LLC (79.7259%) and Dyckerhoff LLC with foreign investment (Ukraine, 14.7851%) do not currently own shares in the company.

Dyckerhoff Cement Ukraine was founded in 1994 through the privatization of Kyivinzhcement. The company sells and packages cement made by Volyn-Cement.

Dyckerhoff AG is a member of Buzzi Unicem, which unites cement, concrete, sand and crushed stone producers. Dyckerhoff AG's core business is the production of cement made at its enterprises in Germany, the United States, Luxemburg, the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
