Meeting of Ukrtatnafta shareholders fails due to lack of quorum - Naftogaz
A meeting of the shareholders of PJSC Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk, Poltava region), scheduled for October 14, has failed due to a lack of quorum, the press service of Naftogaz Ukrainy has said.
"Only representatives of Naftogaz Ukrainy [which owns 43.1% of the shares] registered at the meeting," reads a statement.
The agenda of the meeting of October 14 included the issue of electing the members of the supervisory council and the revision commission.
The Ukrtatnafta supervisory council includes Yevhen Bakulin, Valentyn Franchuk, Eduard Shvydkoi, Kostiantyn Borodin, Iryna Varakuta, Oleksandr Lazorko, Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov, Serhiy Hlushko, Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, and Mykhailo Kiperman.
As reported, the initiator of the meeting was Naftogaz, which planned to replace its representatives in the management of Ukrtatnafta.
