Ukraine reaches agreement with Slovakia on 8 bcm of reverse gas deliveries a year - Yatseniuk

Ukraine and Slovakia have signed a memorandum on "reverse" deliveries of gas, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.

"Ukraine and the Slovakian transit company today signed a memorandum of cooperation in energy that provides for a start to gas deliveries from Slovakian territory flowing in the reverse direction," Yatseniuk said at press conference in Kyiv on Monday.

The memorandum provides for deliveries of up to 8 billion cubic meters of gas a year, he said.
