Ex-director of Astrum Investments appointed first deputy head of Ukrzaliznytsia

Maksym Blank, who previously held the post of director of Astrum Investments investment company, has been appointed first deputy head of State Railways Administration of Ukraine Ukrzaliznytsia.

Minister from the Cabinet of Ministers Ostap Semerak told reporters in Kyiv that the decision on appointment was made at a government meeting on April 9.

In addition, Vitaliy Zhurakivsky, who previously held the post of first deputy head of Ukrzaliznytsia, has been appointed deputy head of Ukrzaliznytsia.
