Ukrzaliznytsia introduces possibility of online return of tickets bought via Internet
State Railways Administration Ukrzaliznytsia has introduced an online service for returning travel documents acquired through the Internet.
According to the administration, the online return of electronic tickets can be done through the Web site booking.uz.gov.ua through the user control panel.
The possibility of returning e-tickets and order forms through the Web site booking.uz.gov.ua ends one hour before the departure of the train from the starting station.
The return of order forms is only possible under the condition that travel documents were not printed in the railway ticket office.
The return of electronic travel documents and order forms on the Web site booking.uz.gov.ua is possible regardless of their place of formalizing.
All documents for the order will be returned when returning the order form.
When returning e-tickets, the document for return is a settlement document. When returning order forms, the document for return is not considered to be a settlement document.
